Centralized Intake provides information and referral services to emergency shelter openings and available housing assistance for people experiencing homelessness in Delaware.

Centralized Intake Policies and Procedures

CoC Standards

The CoC is required to establish written standards for providing assistance that the CoC’s Coordinated Entry system (Centralized Intake Delaware) must follow when evaluating and referring potential program participants for housing resources.​
